Your personal information is collected voluntarily via or website, telephone enquires or when you book your pets in for boarding, we do not collect your personal information via any other means.

How We Store Your Informatin And How Long For

We store your personal information on password protected computer systems which is only accessible to the owners of Elswick Kennels, customers who have boarded their dogs with us will have their personal information stored for up to five years as required by the Inland Revenue for accounting proposes only, all other personal information volunteered to Elswick Kennels such as enquiries will be deleted every twelve months.

 

 

Elswick Kennels takes the security of your personal information very seriously, your information is only used for/while we are boarding your dog(s). Elswick Kennels does not and would never sell or share your information to any third party or use it for marketing purposes.
